Words are important.  Not only what words are used, but how they are used.  Words can hurt people…easily.  Thus, it is the policy of The Heart’s Way, Imagery and Insights to request that all comments, whether positive or negative, be respectful.  Respectful communication leads to understanding and understanding leads to healthier relationships.
